Wow, I can't believe it's taken this long.
Possibly my favourite band. From Tupelo til now. Being There rules the school. Can't wait for the newie. Shame about that DVD.

god willymilly
let it go buddy
Doesn't Pitchfork like 'em anymore?
Not sure newguy.
I still love them.
I wish he'd stop with all those side projects and make another record. They have lots of songs already
at least thats what they said !
best american band of the last 10 years.
I like Wilco.
get bored of them pretty quickly though.
Half an album does me fine when i'm in the mood.
big call med, but if not, as close as fuck is to swearing.
Sorry will, that was directed elsewhere :)
I'm definitely a card-carrying member of the 'Wilco Rules' club. Will never tire of 'Being There'!
Yeah Being There is amazing.
Top 5 off the top of my head
Misunderstood. Via Chicago. I'm the Man Who Loves You. Say You Miss Me. Hummingbird.
hahah monty. that's classic.
YHF is definitely in my top 10.
I think they're just about due for another album aren't they?
You can download a couple new tracks (live) from Chromewaves. I haven't listened to them yet but have them on my I Pod ready for airing.
yeah got them already. That song Is That the Thanks I Get is great. Very early 70s soul pop
Wilco are probably the greatest band I've ever heard.
But I hope they get away from the whole jam band thing they seem to be heading towards.
AM, Being There, Summerteeth, THF are all classics!
A Ghost is born is ok... some crackers, some slappers....well, as slappery as wilco can get, which is still pretty crackery really.
I'm done.
The next Wilco album is always my favourite Wilco album.
But I hope they get away from the whole jam band thing they seem to be heading towards.
NO WAY. a ghost is born is the best thing they have ever done.
every wilco album just exceeds the last.
they have been keeping me company all day. how friggin awesome is summer teeth ?
ahhh, via chicago.
i really love a ghost is born
i've got to pull out summer teeth and give it another spin
i might go buy the book this week, i need a treat
more or less, one of my all time favourite bands
and my best gig ever
yep i agree with jose - each able is better than the last... a ghost is born s fucking rad.
yeah hell yeah. when i saw them in london they did this awesome acoustic version of via chicago. fierce as.
they are TIGHT live always fucking with their songs and throwing something new into the mix.
tweedy what a hero!

ruh roh.
It's already been announced as a Nick Lowe tour for those dates.
Note that they're not asterixed.
I was just going by this link. Couldn't see any asterixes aside from at the bottom.
shrugs
The Forum one says with ''special guests''. Could be way off.
I hope I'm wrong.
Maybe Yep Roc forgot to remove that from some previous shows. Would seem odd to announce Nick Lowe and not Wilco.
rumoured for Bluesfest i think
which is 5th to the 9th of april next year, fits somewhat.
You guys are good in finding these hidden tours....whoever the hell Nick Lowe is, thanks for touring with WILCO :)
The only problem is the Wilco site has them playing in Switzerland on the 7th and Italy on the 8th March 2012. On Nick Lowe's site they are suppose to be playing together in London on those dates.
Yes.
YES.
YES AND YES.
YESYESYESYESYESYESYES.
Also, if you don't know who Nick Lowe is, you are a very deprived individual.
I think it's all a mistake from the Yep Roc site. Damn you! However, I can not wait to see Nick Lowe again.
you must at least know this one

yep know that one - wouldn't pay $90 to hear that song though...
Me neither! He was so wonderful at the Palais with Ry Cooder a few years back. So much love for that man.
Wilco are big Nick Lowe fans.
hmm, looks like a big ol' false alarm...

Nels Cline giving a 40 minute run down of all his gear.
The bit when he gets to the pedals is best!

Awesome, thanks for the link.
