i still have my top of ear piercing in..evidence of my early teenage years growing up in the shire i guess.

i used to have many multiple piercings in my lobes too which is perhaps a little bogan, i took them all out years ago though.

I was all for defending peircing as non-bogan until Inactivist posted.

I saw an old man at lunch who must have been in his 70s with gold hoop earings

i'm curious, what's going to happen with all the people who have the piercings in their ears stretched? surely after once you've stretched to a certain point you can't go back? it's going to make for some strange looking elderly in the years to come.

not all piercings are bogan, i reckon.

couple of my mates are well pierced and they're not bogans.

applecrunch, I think up to a certain gauge the earlobe can shrink and heal itself when the piercing is removed, but if you go too big the skin loses it's elasticity and you have to have your lobes surgically fixed.
