Augie March back when they were playing tiny venues 3 times a week and my friends told me to see them and i was like 'i'll see them another time' and them BAM explode
ditto Youth Group, but i care much less
"eat laser scumbag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
possibly in july, error...
The Avalanches, and the original Ca$inos line-up would be kinda cool as well.
I'm sure a band i was in supported the Hammonds in Sydney Rach
i'm pretty sure that's true but i never saw them
the bass player from the Hammonds is now in the swedish magazines by the way
and humanityisthedevil, everything the day became nothing played a few weeks ago didn't they? i'm sure they did...
ditto Youth Group, but i care much less*
i reckon hey. how the heck did they (augie march) get so big? the hole in your roof especially and pretty much all tracks from their 1st album kicks one crowded hour for sure.
but youth group from 1998-2005 era was fucking awesome. at least they're still good live from what i've heard lately.
yeah, still got it live. last time i saw em they ripped another one.

It just takes one perfect single... i had a friend who was always trying to get me into Augie March, so when the new album comes out he plays me 'One Crowded Hour'. on his iPod. when i'm at uni and distracted and messed up... and halfway through it feels like its been years since i've heard anything that beautiful
guess i wasn't the only one
Mouth. Friend burnt me an ep of their from 93 that is excellent. Some 'em at an all ages show at the Riverside Inn in 94 while in Melbourne on work experience. Made me realise there was more to life than Metallica.
I heard some exciting news about Crow the other day.
.....and Custard too.
christbait
muffcake
and Custard?? aaah, i didn't see that!
christ, what's going on?
the oldies have dusted off their DB's, gear and found the arthritus cream maps
Deep Where all fucking drown.
I am no less upset by their demise than i was months ago.
and i sorely miss the forefathers before Steve had to go and join Jet. That was a bummer but then their shows were so poorly attended you can't blame the man for taking an opportunity
