the panther record is pretty funny. somewhat sloppy n awful white boy r'n'b with moments of genius. curious to see him live

wow. just caught yacht supporting architecture in helsinki. didn't know much about him. turns out to be a bit like Spod, singing and dancing to a laptop's beats, diving into the middle of the dancefloor. ridiculous fun. very good.

what's bar broadway like?

bar broadway is a medium sized room on the second floor with the stage no higher than the dancefloor. kinda shabby decor, but acceptable.

but i was at syd uni's manning bar tonight.

I was there too tinyman. I felt like we were at a wiggles concert but it was fun. Jonah is so nice and a great dancer..very interactive. and he sang Women of the World!

YACHT and LOD won't be on till late late, I'm going to another show at the start of the night and then to this. Looks awesome.

So a philosophical question for mess and noise (in response to dub's link that for those of you who havent clicked it is an open letter to YACHT in response to his bragging about pirating software by one fo the companies that make that software)

If music written and recorded on stolen software does that make it ok to pirate that music?

hmm i liked yacht but the way he handled that whole stealing software to make music was a bad look. it really sucked actually. so now for me, no yacht.

I don't know, the new album has nice moments, but I have a fundamental problem with someone who spouts this shallow spirituality whilst obviously being so concerned with materialism. Screams of rich kid syndrome.
