Big ol' 4 disc B sides collection
Some Candy Talking = Living Next Door To Alice
Musically, that is
But with added reverb and fuzz
Here Comes Alice = I want Candy

Can anyone shed some light on the two diffierent versoins of 'Come On'
My LP version doesn't have the drop out to just 'So Come On' bit,
Just wathed this (Horrible clip) and noticed that it's a bit diffierent in one part.

Probably a single version, anyone got the single or that 21 singles thing they can check it out for me? Might need to get the 7'' of it.
never a huge fan, didn't investigate much really, but i've always had a very soft spot for Stoned and Dethroned. the single with hope sandoval was easily my favourite song of the year.
William Reed cancer scare
REID sorry
Just heard In A Hole for the first time in an age. It's such a great track.
Should I get Barbed Wire Kisses or are there some updated version of this shit?
I am very out of touch.
Jes-us and Mar-y Chain are sick. I lis-ten to them when I am com-ing down off ping-ers. Psy-cho-can-dy is the best, close-ly foll-owed by the sound of speed.
There's a 5CD pack of Jesus & Mary Chain albums going as part of the ''Original Album Series'' collection at JBHifi etc. Psychocandy, Darklands, Automatic, Stoned and Dethroned and Honey's Dead, all for just $20 or so.
Otherwise, the new triple disc CD/DVD deluxe editions of the entire JMC catalogue are candidates for best reissues of 2011. The remastering makes them sound mighty, each album has an extra disc full of extra EPs, b-sides, Peels sessions, live concert tracks etc, and a DVD as well. They're not very expensive, I would get them in this order based on quality of album and value of extra material:
Psychocandy
Darklands
Stoned and Dethroned (this record is massively underrated)
Honey's Dead
Automatic
Munki
I fucking love Stoned and Dethroned!
It is only 10GBP a pop! on Amazon UK. (i bought ALL the Saint Etienne Deluxe there too)
The Stoned and Dethroned deluxe version looks good.
i fucking love Munki!!
Yeah I hear ya columbo. I'm a big fan of Munki
So two random lame indie musicianz butchered one of my few song...
Fuck you, Feist!
Fuck you, M Ward!
