What kind of music do ya like?

I love music! Just love it! I love Hip Hop, R'n'B and Pop.
What kind do you like?

I like Jazz..bebop the best and I like Bach.Cos it's the same thing bebop is to Jazz what Bach is to classical. And following that logic I like late 80's shredder guitar.

i love the soundtrack to the opening title sequence of Battlestar Galatica. futuristic tribal drums of war.

I like anything really on JJJ and some stuff on NOVA and FOX.

The main stuff I like is:

  • 40s & 50s gospel and rockabilly but nothing too bluesy.
  • 50s cheesy cocktail lounge singers and movie soundtracks.
  • 60s soul and some early funk stuff but I don't like g-funk/bootsy/partliament type stuff.
  • 60s Jamaican music.
  • 70s & 80s Australian and English punk / new wave bands, and the CBGBs scene bands.
  • Yacht rock.
  • 90s Indie rock.
  • Alt country stuff and the bands that influenced them.
  • Bands from the 80s/90s/00s that have been strongly influenced by Nuggets type bands.

Plus I like bits and pieces from nearly every other genre/style of music from the last 60 years.
