i miss my arvo siestas, i always need a nap around 3 o'clock
after an awesome weekend on a boat, i am totally sleepy and still imagine things are gently rocking me to sleep like on the water. my desk isn't rocking, but i still want to nap. ogh i don't make any sense.

Just had a nice 17 hours sleep. 3:30pm Friday afternoon through to 8:30am just now.
Following a harsh 2 hours sleep from the previous 32 hours. I feel equalibreized again.
