Buying any house that doesn't suck and isn't located an hour out of the city.
Absolute fantasy.
I want to buy a warehouse shell and completely design it all myself. I also want to buy old, rundown mhouses, renovate them, and resell.
I'd seriously make a brilliant designer.
Me too 'hatts...I've watched Lifestyle channel.
where abouts is Newtown in Vic juice?
how much you reckon that joint will go for?
not a fan of warehouses and open plan living....
for me, it would be a lovely little art deco apartment in east melbourne. for now...
Who fucking doesn't Manhattan?
Personally, my current desire is to keep the place I'm in now, but have the real estate paint the fucking thing.
It's the dead heart of Geelong ( the Toorak of Geelong if you will ) but seeing as it's Geelong and mid-century it'll probably only go for mid 4s.
Who fucking doesn't?
Most people, BADALEXXX. You grumpy little shit.
i love the existing decor at that Newtown house..and i gotta say...this type of bed set up is kinda becoming more and more of an appealing idea to me....

What a load of fuckslap. Everyone wants to get a warehouse and deck it out to fuck. Just think of all the space! Open space planning! Fanfuckingtastic.
Anyway. I'm not grumpy, nor am I little. You however, are clearly not getting all the dick you need.
i dont want no warehouse?!
i like rooms and doors.

no need to gloat.
that place is like a time machine

S'funny, I saw 'Newtown' and looked at the picture and thought, "Where in the hell is a house like that with a front yard like that inNewtown?"...then I released it was in Vic.
the more i think about it, the more i reckon two single beds is sexy!
i hate warehouse living.
Daisy. smack
What part of this I want to buy a warehouse shell and completely design it all myself. Did you miss?
As in, you put in all the doors and what have you, you just have huge fuck off living spaces.
Guy I know has one in marrickville, and holy living shit is it ever decked out.
His shower has like TWO showers. So you can turn both the heads to face you and get double the shower.
Polished wooden floors, modern kitchens and bathrooms, fan fucking tastic.

So, what do people think of these inner city/metro park+apartments 'mega village' developments like Central Park on Broadway, Clempton Park Village, and the huge ones at Moore Park?
More inner city housing = good, right?
But can anyone actually afford these places? Is it only 6 figure salary people who move to Sydney for work/cashed up internationals/property investors who buy/rent these places?
The motivation behind these developments certainly isn't a desire to solve Sydney's affordable housing problem.
I wish I had a place like this one
Owning another dream home (flat roof lots of glass california case study vibe) post-divorce property settlement clean out. It'll be a while...
this ain't too shabby
awesome crack den anon +)
and a short meander down the hill to the 'G.
I would like to go to there
right on !!!!
Bought a tatts ticket for this joint over the weekend. Doesn't look like much- but trust me- the northern aspect and view is to die for.........
If I had the money I'd buy a holiday home in the Trawool Valley. I can't find any images on the net which do justice to how breathtaking this place is, but here's a little teaser:
What about a 100 year old, rambling country house complete with palm tree in....Eltham.
goddamn
Cheaper than a flat in St Kilda/
