I am supposed to be working on stuff
and
I know this whole forum is one big arse procrastination tool to make us less productive and musically astute but seriously

*settles in*
I've got a HUGE day at work tomorrow and I am supposed to be *revising*...
Meh...
i'm supposed to be doing something more meaningful with my life.
maybe tomorrow
i'm off to bed early. that's doing something!!
normally productive and the stuff Im supposed to be doing is FUN
can I have some help?
what are some other asian bands that sound like deerhoof..I need an hours worth
I was going to post a really witty response in this thread... but I'll do it later.
true! sleep is not to be scoffed at.
i envy your early to rise, early to retire body clock sveltes, things are just about starting to move for me about now.
maybe i should shock my system and get an early night too. can't imagine what might happen! my bedroom might freak out....
i thank the sedatives for the sleep shygirl.
sleep is good.
dreaming is heaps of fun too.
you should give it a go.
hey gunshot, isn't that a strange phenomenon? how we put off doing things that are actually enjoyable.
get some shonen knife into you if you haven't already gunshot
so true shygirl...its like having the blase 'tude is more fun than completing a task well done
oooh I rhymed
gg - you should come and procrastinate your mondays at stale popcorn!
i've been procrastinating about getting into some gardening.
instead i'm sitting indoors at this dumb machine.
see y's all, i'm off to get some fresh air
Man, I haven't done any work today and it's not looking like that will change.
Im surrounded by paper and a to do list and Im here
My boss keeps catching me minimising, and he told me that he doesn't mind if I spend a bit of time online. Doesn't he understand that I need a firm hand? In my mind, that's a carte blanche to do NO WORK EVER.
i spent all day yesterday procrastinating and today isn't shaping up much better. if i can keep on procrastinating for long enough i'll probably give myself a heart attack sometime sunday afternoon
focus GG focus...my boss keeps on coming to "give" me things and checks my screen but I can tell...
i got A Class honours in my procrastination degree. That could also be translated ot Class A's helped me get honours in a degree of procrastination.
agh I am applying for a job online and I'm not even halfway through...I need a schlepp and then a repeated slap to get me back on track
OR
I can just stay here and read threads
I've been putting off bumping this thread all week.

Or that it doesn't actually matter how much you do because you won't be given credit for it anyway.
packs ladder
x-post obviously
And also procrastination is appealing to those whom are not actually in a very good position to accurately gage their own capabilities on anything and a move either way could result in more uncertainty and confusion.
And with that amount being so unpredictable...who knows what could happen and why.
this'll help
I hate myself for just clicking on that.
effective.
yip yip!
I have been terrible today.
thanks for coming
I NEED TO DO THIS FUCKING ASSIGNMENT BUT I CANT!!!
Im new to forums/threads....so far M+N has been very useful for wasting time. For those of you who are old timers havent you discussed everything. Dont you get bored of the same topics coming up?
friday afternoon diversion
I have an article due on Wednesday, and I can't muster any ounce of willpower to do it. I need serious help - this happens EVERY time!
Disconnect!
You're right... I can do it...rallying forces....
It's okay, son. One day you will be able to have normal erections all the time.
I'm procractinating of generating files that I'm not so familiar with, by doing all the stuff I'm familiar with first. Problem is, it's all due at the end of the week, and the stuff I'm unfamiliar with will take me longer, and also require additional time before the end of the week to be second checked. Irresponsible task management!
I'm drawing up a timeline for a project with numerical prioritisation of components. Knowing that it's all irrelevant boring batshit, is it more efficient to be honest and put a zero in every column, or is it looked upon more favourably to make the pretense of putting some numbers in there? UGHHHHHH. I CAN'T MUSTER A FIVE LET ALONE A ONE.
