We've had a lot of snow in Alnwick/Newcastle/Sheffield this long weekend.
The cat that I live with is one of those pansy 'inside' types, when we let it on to our balcony it freaks out at the snow. I suppose -30 isn't an optimum environment for a short-haired feline.
P.s. our accumulated snowfall for this season has just passed 10m!

I wake up at 10am on a spring day and walk past the kitchen window to see snow everywhere. after taking my breakfast I realise I am neither a) dreaming, nor b) in a surrealist painting.
I enjoyed watching all the cars with roofs of snow driving through the underpass this morning though.
