To accomodate one person, coming and going. Clients also coming and going but only during business hours and by appointment. Interior designers, architects etc, so still needs to be somewhat attractive on the eye, so plain and in good nick. About 20 sq metres would be the perfect size.
Inner city melbourne preferred. Car space a bonus. $190 a week is my limit.

bumped as i am in need. something around fitz/carl to suit 5-6 people. not sure how, but i've kinda been charged with the responsibility of finding something. i'm the freaking programmer so don't really know what i'm doing but if anyone knows of anything, please let me know. cheers.
