Using a weapon to harm daughter**
In Yelm, Washington, thirty eight year old Fremon Seay and forty two year old wife Julie were detained Sunday. Second-degree harm and domestic violence involving a weapon were the charges. Both individuals in the couple were charged.
After the sufferer texted photographs to an unnamed source, authorities contacted him. As reported by the Thurston County Sheriff’s Department, they found the girl. She was in the front yard “kneeling and crying” when they found her.
Disobedient kid**

According to the probable-cause statement, Seay told the deputies he thought the girl to have visited a crack house the night before. He needed to punish her after her “disobedient” act.
The girl was imprisoned on Saturday night, but her charges remain unclear. She was at a law enforcement department on Sunday in Puyallup, Washington. This was where her papa picked her up.
Asked her to battle
The girl said that he beat her with switches and punches her after they got back from the police department. The deputies took a statement that said he put her in chain mail and a helmet ''and proceeded to battle with her with a wooden sword,'' after he dressed her in padding. The girl could only deal with two hours. She fell.
According to ABC News, Lt. Greg Elwin of the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office said:
“They were fighting for about two hours, wearing Renaissance-type armor and fighting with swords fashioned out of wood. She’s a 100-pound girl, and he’s a 300-pound adult.”
What the stepmother did
Evidently Julie Seay, the stepmother to the girl, did not prevent the punishment. On Monday, Fremon was released. He paid a $10,000 bond. Julie had to pay a $5,000 bond before she could possibly be released.
Child Protective Services are looking into the charges, as reported by Sherry Hill of the Department of Social and Health Service. Relatives will be taking care of the victim and another kid for the moment.
