Fender Bassman head+cab - This is an absolute workhorse of an amp. At 200w it is the ultimate powerhouse. Roll back the volume on your guitar or bass and just dime that volume on the amp for some crunchy and meaty tube overdrive sounds. Overall the amp has a sort of throaty and woody clean sound at lower volumes, but if you really fiddle with the EQ you can dial in a really chewy Marshall sound. It gives a nice greasy tight bass punch too. If you want to use this clean with an emulated overdrive you can dial down the highs and still get an icepicky twangy quack with a real buttery barking crunch.
Fender Telecaster Hot Rod Deluxe - With two fat humbuckers at hand, this Tele just chimes out a Stratty honk that is just packed with this bold earthy sparkle. The bell like overtones ring out with a crisp clear vintage jangle that just gives a smooth tight elephant tone that just sounds like mellow magic. Roll back the tone for some muddy brown syruppy queefy edge on the low end. This is a true workhorse of a guitar and an absolute powerhouse on stage.
