Not many people like this drink, but I for one can't get enough of it.
I've not seen it in probably 2 years but always keep an eye out for it in weird shops.
Today whilst out to lunch at Lord of the Fries,
I noticed a new little Doughnut shop next door (Corner of Flinders and Elizabeth) that had cans of it in the window!
The shop is kind of an all American junk food cafe, specialising in fancy doughnuts and cakes, but they have a fridge full of A&W drinks + all those American chocolates like Reese’s Butter Cups & Hershey Bars.
I'm sittin here sip'n on a Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper and loving it.
Too bad the can cost me $2:50.

Used to love it, don't know now. But as in the last Dr Pepper thread, I professed my love for A&W root beer, which kinda tastes like medicine & chemicals, but rules.

it's pretty damn fine. and i seem to remember a dr pepper iceblock, but i think it left stores very quickly.
but cherry coke is the king of all soft drinks.

Not sure what flavour it used to be, but they put out heaps of diffierent ones it seems.
It was really nice, I want another one now.

Not sure if it was just a Tassie thing, But when DR PEPPER first hit our shores, They had a deal going that if you got 3 ring pulls (gold) you could trade them for a free can, and same with the Bottle Tops (free bottle).
The best thing was, Han Ice 30 can blocks, had gold ring pulls.
My friends and I on a poor weekend, would get a $26 30 can block, then go get our 10 free cans of DR PEPPER with the Han Ice ring pulls.

I think the shop owner cottoned on when he'd not sold one can yet all his stock had gone.

once again, you lucky melbizzle cunce - USA Foods in Bentleigh is the place for yr Dr Pepper/Cherry Coke supplies. Fuckas don't import the Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper any more, though....I'm gonna have to go stateside for my fix.

+ There is another place which is pretty much exactualy the same as Walkers, in Filnders St Station, on the Swanston st side.
There is also that U.S.A foods gaff in Morabin that sells it by the case, for $36.
