inspired by Nabila who sent to me instructions i spent a whole weekend making cd packaging. i got carried away! but i didn't follow her instructions properly. instead of printing my pic directly onto my cd i printed it onto paper and then cut and glued it onto the cd. gave a friend a copy of my proudly packaged mixCD. and the paper label glued on the cd came off and got stuck into his cd player and wrecked his cd player.
Yeah!! count me in!!
after thinking about this every time it's happened I'm finally going to jump in on this. here's hoping i don't get a disc full of boring twee indie.
I'm in too. It's been one of the best things about m+n for me - had some amazing mix cd's. Also I love doing the art.

Yeah...I always love doing this too. Even though I got paid out for my apparently obvious rock n' roll tastes...but still I love making mixes.
I had a bunch of cool mixes some of you guys put online but unfortunately lost em' all when I did something retarded to my iTunes.
I'm not sensing much enthusiasm for another round. Maybe we should just do an online version where we upload our mixes for everyone to hear and then give them marks out of 5 or somthin'.

Yeah...and I'm too stoopid to upload stuff. It took me long enough to learn how to download...plus I'm not good with fancy covers and I don't want a mark out of 5. I don't want people standing around stroking their chins trying to decide if they like my CD or not...maybe I don't wanna play this year.
Yeah it's hard to get excited about a download. Maybe we should do it but just keep it small ie for those people who have participated in the past.

I'm into it. Have even been preparing for it. I'm also pro download. Would probably prefer it that way. If we go hard copy then I like djb's idea about folks that have a proven track record.

I agree that downloading is not the same. I cannot draw or photoshop to save my life so I guess that is out, so I hope whoever receives mine doesn't feel stooged.
