It is characterised by the happiness of all people being with their Beards and with each other. The next international celebration is in Adelaide, Australia for World Beard Day 2010 on the 4th of September 2010 at the Governor Hindmarsh Hotel.
At World Beard Day 2010, participants will experience the way bearded life is lived in Australia and learn how the Australian Bearded grow their beards. Ask anyone who has been to a World Beard Day and they will tell you it is an adventure you will never forget! Come along with bearded people of every race and nation. dream a dream of peace and unity for a new world and make you contribution to the bearded world of the new millennium! Entertainment at World Beard Day 2010 will feature the finest of bearded Australian acts, including The Beards, A French Butler Called Smith, Adam Page and The Bearded Gypsy Band. There will also be a bearded barbershop quartet performing, The Fishbowl Boys, as well as public beard competitions and free beards for the ladies.
