After way too long of talking and thinking about putting on shows (well, more than one a year) teamed with a recent move back to my old hood I've started up a monthly band night at the ever awesome Public Bar in North Melbourne!
It's kicking off this Friday with New Estate, Actor/Model and Elizabeth Pistol Club and will be happening the first Friday of every month ... FOREVER!
8.30pm start - $8 entry

BangON! HQ are ever so pleased to announce yet another KILLER line-up for the month of April, this one is surely set to get you Bangin ON til the wee hours and shaking off those lingering April Fools.
First on the night in their second ever show will be The Hunting Club. Expect to get down, dirty and rowdy with these three troublemakers both during and after their set. Also to be expected - a showdown between double-denim and refined tweed - cast your vote via the outfit you rock!
Gracing stages around the world since their conception waaay back in 1992, BangON are overjoyed to page Ashtray Boy to the stage! This bands long history has seen them based in Chicago, Vancouver, Sydney and Coburg and we couldn't be happier to dance the night away to their sweet unique take on skuzzy pop - and to also wish Carla Bruce-Lee - the bands matriarch a very very very happy happy birthday!
And yep, there's still more! Prepare to have your brain melted and heart beating like a double-kick as Go Genre Everything rock the PB! Returning from a self-imposed Exile in Fairfield, the duo will make you believe in a world you never really though possible, but prove it certainly is - hell, anything is in the amazingly surreal, usually noisy and always original world of GGE.
