Anyone know where you can get the CD-R ///▲▲▲\\ (or Horse MacGyver), as he seems to be known as nowadays) released on Disaro domestically?
You need to send a cheque to the label if you wanna buy it directly. The label is based in the US. They don't do Paypal or anything. Luddites.
Anyone like him anyway? Playing Sydney in June or July and has a new cassette coming soon apparently.

Sorry the first sentence makes no sense.
I'm looking for the CD-R this guy released on the Disaro label. I'd like to buy a physical copy.
Thanks.
Was an official pronouncation given for the alternate name that's more like a sprite from Space Invaders?
The tape was released by dream damage. It's on my desk but I haven't listened to it yet.
They would be able to help you out with a copy of the CD too, I'd hazard.

Yeah, I've been checking the DD shop regularly for the tape. Wanna get it and the Jonny Telafone together.
I'll email 'em. Thanks.
why won't it put the last \ on!
lol assholes!
It's pronounced ''Void'', apparently.
The tape is up at the Dream Damage shop now if anyone is interested.
Here is a photo from last week's show
and video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fUrBHddntI
I suspect the volume and physicality of actually being there would make a big difference. This is the sort of thing where you want to be fully immersed in the sound (well me anyway, loud and all consuming please).
Oh yes. The Sample EP on the Dream Damage site is great. From the tracklistings I've seen it shares several songs with the Disaro CD-R. Any progress on getting the Disaro CD-R?
Looking forward to the Sydney shows.
[tonight](http://www.last.fm/event/1567781+Refractions+vs.+New+Weird+Australia

playing tomorrow as part of dualplovers eofy thing as well.
AWWWWWWWW YEAH!!!
I'd hoped he'd be that amazing but considered it to be an unreasonably high expectation.
Usually when I have unreasonably high expectations for shows I realise after I could have only got what I wanted through psychotropics or religious experiences. Not last night.
Constant smoke haze, vaguely threatening projections, screams, indecipherable lyrics, unexpected sax (mic'd by chucking the vocal mic straight in), haunted house synths and eminently slowmo boppable beats (sadly no one dances at serial space... apart from a wasted artist. I made do with some major head bob). I expect to be engaging in some wacked out, slow mo dancing tonight.
In addition, Kusum Normoyle was awesome, seemed to sneak in some beat boxing in with her screaming. Tom Hall constructed a beautiful wall of sound. Jordan Dorjee did some fascinating stuff with turntables. Plus I have a Horse Mcgyver tape now!
Like many good nights it ended with a dance off. I lost really badly.
Anyone umming and ahhhing about end of the fin year party, just go. So excited to see again.
in Melbourne this Thursday at GHOSTHOUSE
i can't believe this exists. amazing.
maybe i'll move to melbourne just for a witch house club night
it's not all witch house though >>> FACEBOOK PAGE
eh, close enough.
Whale, you have to start making Drag/witch house right now! Abandon Collarbones! It's Time.
As it turns out, I have a copy of the Void cassette on my desk. No case though. Found it on the floor at the Happy New Financial Year gig/party. Didn't know what it was until just now... my guess is that it was either deliberately left by the triangle dude for someone to pick up or someone stupidly took it out of the case and abandoned it after just buying it. Anyway, it rocks.
we're actually making chopped and screwed and witch house versions of our old songs at the moment.................
this guys set at the workers club last night was super good
Yep, first time seeing him (or hearing any material). Can I get other stuff besides a cassette?
Reminded me of Cabaret Voltaire, especially when he pulled out the sax.
Horse MacGyver / Young Romantix / Asps (Andrea from Chrome Dome).
