Go Cats.

Go dees

happycow  said about 1 year ago:

Go Saints. Holding up well sans Roo.

fakeplasticme  said about 1 year ago:

It looks like Geelong will be missing Mooney, Podsiadly, Hawkins, Ottens, Corey, Rooke and possibly Ling this week. 7 of our best 22, and 6 premiership players among them. That's absolutely ridiculous. Bombers are a massive chance this week.

rigid  said about 1 year ago:

fucken lions.

whatwhat  said about 1 year ago:

fuct, again?

steveholt  said about 1 year ago:

Fucking Crows. Week to week so unpredictable. Great to see Tex Walker kicking a few goals and getting consistent games. Patty Dangerfield will win a Brownlow one day.

jimmy hutspah  said about 1 year ago:

fakeplasticme - agreed. Bombers a good bet this week. Wouldn't surprise me to see the Cats leave a couple extra out and concede this week, ala the Brisbane game last year - give everyone an extra weeks break to come back ready for St Kilda and the 2nd half of the year.

anok  said about 1 year ago:

monfries and hille to miss for the bombers too, i think?

fakeplasticme  said about 1 year ago:

Yep, Angus and Hille out for a fortnight. Bombers will get Stanton and Fletcher back, Cats should regain Ling but no guarantee. I forgot to mention Enright above, who may get rubbed out tonight by those inconsistent fools at the MRP.

jbarker  said about 1 year ago:

Boris and Pods got off with reprimands.
Still, could be a close game.

jimmy hutspah  said about 1 year ago:

Pods still doubtful with his groin anyways.

hungryhungryhippo  said about 1 year ago:

Scarlett won't be back either. (Has anyone heard the fractured back rumour?) But there will still be the wee lads and Mitch coming back in. We can take em.

Carna pussies!

jimmy hutspah  said about 1 year ago:

fractured back? aint heard that one before, and dont want to hear it again.

hungryhungryhippo  said about 1 year ago:

Tis just a Geelong rumour. From the same town where prior to the Collingwood match the local newspaper was printed in blue and white so as to not give the pies an advantage.....

tig  said about 1 year ago:

Bloody hell half the team is out.

nedb  said about 1 year ago:

Damn that blue and white newspaper. I knew there was a reason we didn't win. That and inacurate kicking and no ability to stop teams when they get on a roll. But mostly I blame the blue and white paper...

history  said about 1 year ago:

Would agree that the Bombers are a show this week...should be a great game.

Scarlett is a big loss for the Cats, they just don't look the same without him.

happycow  said about 1 year ago:

Riewoldt should be back in 4 weeks. We've got Fremantle, Geelong and Melbourne before that, will win 2/3 if not 3/3. Go Saints. Still the premiership favourites.

tig  said about 1 year ago:

ha ha

If you lose to Freo, you'll lose all 3.

fuck. incredible game at the dome (which sucks, btw) ends in a draw. skills weren't flash but it was damn intense... and after all that, i'm now reading/hearing that the decision made with two minutes to go - as cyril kicked a goal that would've put us 13 (i think) points up had it counted - was actually an error on the part of the interchange referee. geh.

anok  said about 1 year ago:

having said that, bad kicking (at goal and inside 50) cost us more than the crackpot decision. bloody draws!

team ham sandwich  said about 1 year ago:

This is bingeing on posts like crazy so i started a new thread.

illywhacker  said about 1 year ago:

Cooney and Hudson would be the only 2 players that would be start up players in the Crows best 18.

You get funnier with each post.

steveholt  said about 1 year ago:

I try.

Humour my boredom.

illywhacker  said about 1 year ago:

Ok. Try these names: All-Australians Boyd, Morris, Gilbee and Lake (also the #1 full back in the game). Plus Hall (second in goal kicking table), Griffen, Murphy, Harbrow, Giansiracusa, Higgins.

steveholt  said about 1 year ago:

You are kidding yourself if you think Hall is better than Tippett, Lake better than Rutten, Murphy better than Porplyzia, Giansiracusa better than Goodwin, Harbrow better than Johncock. I mean Bob Murphy ffs!!! I'll concede Griffen and Gilbee but your obviously more biased than I am.

steveholt  said about 1 year ago:

And Morris vs Bock is a no brainer. All Australian too.

hyperfuzz  said about 1 year ago:

Dogs by 82. Hmm.

team ham sandwich  said about 1 year ago:

Take it over here. This thread is eating posts kids.

hyperfuzz  said about 1 year ago:

True, but with the Power dominating the Crows, this thread needs to reach it's conclusion...

en la noche  said about 1 year ago:

that the bulldog's list is far superior to adelaide's is my personal conclusion

hyperfuzz  said about 1 year ago:

Port beat Adelaide by four goals. Now you'll get some good Crows flag odds. ;)

crackwhore  said about 1 year ago:

lol.

anok  said about 1 year ago:

are you serious? lake shits on rutten.

anok  said about 1 year ago:

that was aimed at sirius steve, obvs.

steveholt  said about 1 year ago:

hi

steveholt  said about 1 year ago:

fuck football and fuck the crows

steveholt  said about 1 year ago:

beating fremantle in melbourne. huge effort

steveholt  said about 1 year ago:

anyway im going now.

illywhacker  said about 1 year ago:

So yeah, I guess today's results have already vindicated my argument but just a few things to add:
- Hall has kicked 58.27 this year, Tippett 36.24. That's a no-brainer.
- To repeat, Lake is clearly the #1 full back in the game at the moment. To suggest he wouldn't make it into any other team, let alone Adelaide, is laughable.
- The rest are all debatable but the very idea that only four players from the side that currently sits 4th would make it into the side that sits 10th is illogical and just plain silly. The ladder doesn't lie.
