I don't remember the name of the winerie at the Yarra Valley, but whatever one it was, I visited it in the last month or two, and I think the woman working behind the cheese display had a phD in cheese. Well, I made the mistake of trying the cheese, and then she got me. I think I must have nodded 500 hundred times in ten minutes. It did open my mind a little to the whole discourse behind cheese, but it made me sweat.

did anyone else hear on the radio this morning that there is a problem with rochford wineries hosting events? apparently the shire have said they are overdoing their capacity for numbers of people allowed and so concerts may be cancelled. noooo!!!
