A friend of mine's band has a song about a 120Y Datun car, and they're making a video clip, but can only find a 200B (close, but no cigar) among their own contacts.
Who has a 120Y and would like to see it become immortal? Any colour, any condition (but it must be roadworthy as it'll be driven around the block with the cameras rolling). No payment, just infamy.

aww, my old band had a song about a datsun stanza.
and my mum used to have a 120Y when we were kids.
and i used to own a 1971 datsun 1200.
i have a bit of a soft spot for datsuns, but i can't help you out, i'm afraid.
i never knew you had a band de.foxus! i think i heard about you having guitars.
we didn't do very much really, but we recorded a demo/ep thing and played a few shows. when i broke up with the guitarist/lead singer i kinda walked away from it. i think they got a new bass player and did a couple more shows but didn't do a whole lot either.
seems like a fair trade for a 120Y...
I saw one on the streets of Scrambletown the other day...multicoloured panels n all. I was well impressed - i thought they were extinct.

Kez has actually made this request on my behalf. My password had been lost to the mists of time but two beers gave me the powers of recall I needed to elbow my way back in.
@Phillip-box, I would think anyone crazy enough to be looking for a 120Y and be so pedantic as to require a specific coupé or sedan variant doesn't deserve a 120Y in the first place. Two, four, three, zero doors... they're all 120Ys in spirit and are all equally deserving of worship. The condition is irrelevant as long as it goes forward and has functional brakes - a total rustbucket like our friend's old one that had to be sent to the wreckers when the hole in the floor in the back seat got bigger than the floor in the back seat is perfectly fine. We don't need to put anybody in the back ;)
We're obviously ridiculously poor (as I'm sure everyone here is aware, being in a band does do that to you) so we couldn't afford to pay much, but we feel that the song we have written - while a bit silly - does treat the 120Y with a palpable degree of reverence even if it is just under three minutes of thinly veiled dick jokes, so it can only imbue the beast with even more pulling power than it already has. We do feel we are worthy enough to sit behind the wheel of such an important piece of automotive history.
