How about bands you could picture at a custom hot rod show? Bit more rockabilly friendly?

MORE!!

A lot of these bands I need to check out... but I want more MUCH MORE!

JRB  said about 1 year ago:

I still reckon that Collrd Greens & Gravy are one of the best blues bands going.

Sine are a great little local dub outfit. Not sure if they're playing much at the moment.

Check out the Black Jesus Experience for some local Ethio-Jazz. These guys are backing Mulatu when he comes so you knwo they got chops.

Tim McMillian is a talented little folky guitarist who combines considerable acoustic chops with screamo vocals in a style he calls ''Goblincore''.

Well crafted tunes and a fine voice.

Saw him on Sunday night supporting Little John (who tore shit up, again) at the Old Bar.
