I've used warm water with a bit of salt twice a day to get rid of infections pretty quickly.

I read somewhere that you shouldn't use add too much salt to the water, just half a teaspoon or so in a glass.

I lost my nose ring a couple of months ago - found it a week later on the floor of my room. I haven't been impressed with the selection at industrial strength - I'm hoping polymorph is betterer.
