Appreciates!

It's a shame you could only play 3 songs last night. The El Topo projection also really freaked me out too.

It was actually The Holy Mountain by Alejandro Jodorowsky.

Saw them live on Tuesday. Still great live.

gunshot_glitter  said about 1 year ago:

Last night was excellent. love the new songs. what was the name of the last one?

rosevich  said about 1 year ago:

so glad to have finally caught these guys live.

great great show!

jimm  said about 1 year ago:

Let's call it paralysed for now because that's what he sings during it and that was my reaction to hearing it. Amazing. I had to take back saying the Otouto support was as good as last night after it. Swimming Pool still as heart stopping as the first time I heard it.

Want album bad.

Also Ivan totally casts magical spells with his hands while singing. In a good way. Totally in a good way.

NEW GHOUL: milkily

thoughts about 5 or 6 listens in a row in: very circular. very good.

also:

Here I would write a spell /
On the living room floor

I told you. MAGIC SPELLS!

jimm  said about 1 year ago:

wonderful song, i'd been mentally calling that song satisfaction for months though. probably good it has a proper name.

whatwhat  said about 1 year ago:

had never heard of these dudes beforehand but i really, really like that song ''dreambeat''.

can you still buy their first ep?

anonymous  said about 1 year ago:

they were offering it free on the internet for a while, might still be the case.

whatwhat  said about 1 year ago:

oh cool, thanks nony. i'll google.

whatwhat  said about 1 year ago:

well, that was quick and easy - think the mediafire link was the third link down.

is it at all like the video of the ''dreambeat'' song, which is seriously lovely?

anonymous  said about 1 year ago:

two other new tracks, one above and on m+n and a third on myspace.

jimm  said about 1 year ago:

is it at all like the video of the ''dreambeat'' song, which is seriously lovely?

yes. their musical genre of choice is real ultimate lushness.

whatwhat  said about 1 year ago:

i seriously am digging what these dudes are doing.

is that first ep still available to purchase?

flukazoid  said about 1 year ago:

it could never be bought, even if you tried I don't think. they were always giving them out. try emailing them at ghoul.sydney@gmail.com and see if there's one to be had for love or money.

tinyman  said about 1 year ago:

or some 2nd hand stores.

TimRogersFucksKids  said about 1 year ago:

I saw Dunks in Polyester when i was in melbourne on the weekend.

flukazoid  said about 1 year ago:

Sheesh, that's a little quick/heartless.

Got Dunks in the mail last night. Man it's already really great, but I'm it seems like the kind of disc that will only get awesomer as it warms up.

anonymous  said about 1 year ago:

picked up a copy from polyester fitzroy last night.

listening now, ye-ah!

esquared  said about 1 year ago:
