What was the movie?

I went on a blind date when I was a teenie. Afternoon tea in Dublin. She was not very attractive, or smart or anything I liked and that was it.
I have however been blind drunk and picked up and gone and done the deed etc etc but that doesn't count, right?

I went on on once as a teenager - I must have been about 15, maybe? With this guy who had a crush on my old best friend from primary school, and she set us up so he'd stop hassling her. We watched Con Air and had Hungry Jacks afterwards from memory, and the entire thing was conducted in deathly silence except for a brief conversation about the cricket. It was horrible.

He must of thought he stood a chance of getting laid though, because he called at least once after that.
