Sorry if this is old news, fansoffuckedupthrashnoiseduos, but I saw this band Hella on YouTube and thus, it was good.

Song is called Brown Metal.
Hella rippin' it up on the ol' YouTube

brown metal is a good name too. i like them.

This band is very good. I flicked through more songs and they sound more jaunty and interesting that just a thrashfest.

I found it through True Radical Miracle/Fibonnacci/My Disco, so if you dig that, you'll dig this.

They're from California though. I think.

anyone else heard this zach hill solo album yet? its pretty wild, not so much spazzy but certainly explosive.

Zach Hill has soooo many things on the go, but the Chll Pll project is pretty good, if not groundbreaking. Album is around and about.

I am really loving Zach Hill at the moment. Astrological Straits is amazing. Hail Zach.

Facetat is an amazing album. I listen to it at least once a week. Am also loving Death Grips, Zach's new collaboration

Caught wind of a couple Zach Hill projects, one of which is a rather aggressive avant-garde hip-hop project dubbed, Death Grips. This is called, ''Full Moon (Death Classic),'' and it obviously reflects the sort of percussion you expect from Hill and a lyrical flow to match. I'm happy just listening to hip-hop that's not comprised of soundboard-generated tinny beats, extended hooks that cancel out the need to come up with an actual verse or two and a shitload of auto-tune.

Was hoping for critical analysis of the No Doubt track from 2001.

Dissapointed.
