Have probably got themselves some good management....
erm, who?
what did they do at the lovely OAF? i caught warhorse chuck a spaz at spectrum supporting i heart hiroshima. some equipment issues, then the drummer starts kicking his drum kit over refusing to play.
nah, they're still shit.
Hi.
I'm their manager.
They have garnered a bit of attention since the incident at the Art Factory - EP's assigned to us by Shock have sold out, more people have shown interest in checking them out etc HOWEVER it hasn't done them many favours with certain venues and bookers. So it has gone both ways. The following night after the OAF show almost went to shit as the drummer was arrested for an old outstanding (and complete bullshit) warrant after the licensing police came to talk to them regarding the OAF incident. Luckily Dan from Ghosts Of Television is an absolute lifesaver or they would have not been able to play. Rough couple of days.
They have a run of 3 Thursday's in a row at 77 next month, plus a Spectrum headline and a slot on an awesome festival at Hermann's on the 21st. After that they will slow down a bit and work towards an album, hopefully by the time they are ready to start fresh next year (Feb) - the heat with the venues will have died down a little. Another Melbourne tour and their first visit to Brisbane is also in the works for early next year.

how is a warrant bullshit?
Yeah, Warrant aint bullshit! Cherry Pie is an awesome song.
Aloha - the reason behind the warrant was bullshit. I'm not going to go into specifics but it was based around a complete fabrication.
Cherry Pie is an awesome song but it's easily the best song on the album of the same name. WATCH THIS VIDEO
biggest? most of them are about 4 foot tall. the guy from shameless that sings has got charisma
The biggest band in Sydney is The Splinter Orchestra.
i'm gonna attemt to be sober enough to actually remember what diamond back rattler sound like, rather then just remembering that i liked them.
YES, THEY ARE FUCKING HUGE AND YOU SHOULD COME SEE EM TONIGHT AT CLUB 77!
HUUUUUUUUUGE!
I hate how Ray always puts his own and his friends bands above acts that deserve more respect, in this case Songs. Also he gets wasted and attacks people at the night he puts on, what a disgraceful sad fucking old man.
Fait Accompli are fucking offensive scavengers.
Warhorse are legit.
Whoa dude, that's pretty fucking harsh. You know, when a band's given a proposed line up, they do have to option to say things like ''Uh, no, we're not going on at 8pm, shove your gig up your arse'' or ''Hey, can we have an early slot cuz our drummer has to go play at a portuguese theatre restaurant straight afterwards?'' and stuff. I doubt the band were forced into this position.
I've never seen Ray be anything but ridiculously nice either. I'd definitely call him one of the nicest band dudes I've met in Sydney. Wow.
Ah dude Songs were a late replacement for Sherlock's Daughter who were in that slot and they didn't mind one bit, we found that it fleshed out the night well, we asked Ray for Fait Accompli to be main supports.
I don't know what you mean about getting him drunk and attacking people, i've known him for quite some time and know that he has always been one of the nicest most genuine people around. Unless this is an incident I'm not fully aware of.
Glad you like Warhorse man.
More controversy please.
