It's not too bad, I had a Jam with dad last night in the shed.

Just found out it's our old Agent thats causing us to miss out.
Making out that we we're really bad tennants when the last email I've got from her says that she'll gladly give us a good reffrance.
We had a place this morning, then she called them and we lost it.
I can't take this, it's so aufull.

Give the old agent a very polite phone call, ask what her problem is.

I just did and I was trembling with rage, probably not a good time to call, but she was extreamly rude to me before I'd said anything.
She said she wished we'd never used her as she keeps having to tell people how bad we were and that if I wanted her to 'lie!' she wasn't going to.

It's all over a time they supprised us with an expection monday morning and we hadn't done the dishes all weekend, pretty common practice for one, I'd've thought.
It's just shit, I'm going to have to lie through my teeth to get a place now, fake agents, fake houses, fake bond and rent return.
When in reality, my actualy history is perfect, I've just crossed the bitch of biggn.

JP, it may not help much, but maybe you should explain things to new agents, tell them what this woman did, that it ended up at VCAT, and that she is just a sore loser.

Get references from somewhere else. The chances of her saying good things about you are zero. Maybe even get the documentation from the VCAT hearing to show the new agents.

Yeah, Thing is, I've got no other referances, Bell St. I wasn't on the lease, and my place before that same kinda thing happened, due to other two house mates not helping me with anything at the end.
I spent 3 days straight fixing the place, but we still got fucked over, and now they never talk to me anymore.
