Charges are by kWh or kilowatt hours, ie the cost of running 1kW for 1 hr.
So a 100W globe for 30 mins would be half a kilowatt hour, divided by 10.
Peak winter charges are about 20c/kWh in Sydney.
So that 100W globe would cost about a cent for half an hour.
