Does everyone know the best pizza/fish n' chips/burger joint?
Does everyone live right next to that place that makes the best coffee?
Does everyone know exactly where to get the best Bloody Mary?
Coffee and Bloody Mary's both suck. I wouldn't worry about it.
blake, Bloody Marys are an acquired taste.
but coffee sucks???
wtf?
pizza: cafe 104 on smith st. don't know about fish'n'chips or burgers, though.
coffee: bomb cafe on johnston st near hoddle
bloody mary's i prefer to mix myself. i like lots of Worcestershire
Just goes to show that people do.
There's a very nice fish'n'chip shop on High St in Northcote and I don't drink coffee.
fish n chips- brunswick st, fitzroy
waffles- waffle on, degraves st, melb
everybody has tried everything and can pass judgement with authority, yes.
Thanks, ROC.
i only trust council nominations. therefore, Dubbo Best Small Business 1997 is worth more than someone's recommendation.
Cocktails - this little Hawaiian bar in Swan St. UP past the Central Club in the middle of the industrial district. Walk up a block or two and you'll see a small neon cocktail sign on your left. Follow it upstairs to bliss.
The best place to get xyz is from the alphabet ROFLZOFL
I never noticed Vanilla Ice has a stiffy in that picture. Weird.
he so does!
I live right by a shitty pizza joint across the road from a less than average thai restaurant up the road from a reasonable fish and chip shop. The indian joint up the other end of the road is the best in the suburb. I have tried them all several times. They just jacked their prices up though so they're not the best value for money. $6.90 for rice? wtf??
Don't you think ''the best'' is a subjective classification anyway? So, yes, everyone does.
I know some dude who actually drives about 20kms to get his fish and chips - it's that good out there in Glen Waverley.
Yeah, I'd drive 20km to a landlocked suburb for fish & chips...
It's the durgs in the batter. The DURGS!!
DURG addict, huh?

nah, the best pizza is e-lounge on victoria street, richmond.
is it byo coke?
hey louis, do they have ricotta canolli?
'bout time.
I've had one of these bastards. I could feel my arteries hardening about halfway through.
i've never had a ricotta cannoli from them, but i reckon that would be an option. they're old school italian patisserie masters, they do everything.
amazing brutti ma buoni too.
Peaches! You have now given me tunnel-vision focus for what I must achieve this weekend!
That sundae and cake spread looks killer. And in a themed cafe in the hills, to boot!
Can you drive a manual?
My manslave drives me wherever I need to go.
(I'm just a pampered bitch with no license)
Haha, me too! Well, I have a license but I can only drive auto so manpants is my chauffeur.
i don't know where to get the best anything. keeps me on my game for finding new shit and not going to the same places all the fuckin' time. i am more highly evolved than you.
Best Portguese chicken in Australia is in Petersham.
Aw shiki, that's just Canberra talking, you know 'THE MOST AWESOME' of everything! I wouldn't know half the bars/good coffee shops/scarf shops in Melbourne if it weren't for you!
I know the best place to get various confectionary in the wider Brisbane area at 3am on Good Friday.
best french toast - fandango in nth melbourne.
yeah! Bucky Burgers are so so good. One might even say THE BEST.
and my poached eggs and hollandaise is better than any you get in melbs.
Bloody Maries are rubbish. you may as well garnish them with avocado. yeuch.
And coffee depends on how you like it.
Best HK-style 'big bowl' noodle: Dessert House in Mid-City Arcade, Chinatown (Melbourne)
Best yakitori: Iku Yakitori, Sydney Rd, Brunswick
i love that this thread is the opposite of what the threadstarter wanted
The Marly in Newtown actually does a good Bloody Mary, funnily enough.
no-one cares, charles. it's only inactivist.
