This year is bigger and better than ever. We are running the 3CR Radiothon Benefit at The Tote in the band room and the cobra bar, so here are the bands and playing times:

AND - It is also a birthday party for Kelly and Tara!

Daisy B WAS amazing. So nasty but so beautiful (the music, not Daisy) (although ...). Hatchets and Hand Hell were great too.
But my personal highlight was buffy nodding off at the merch stand. That's not the way to shift units!

Hey thanks to all the bands, Johnny, Bean, Zac, Daisy, Michael, Lotti, Maria, Unstable Ape, Weather Records, Ben, Collette, The Tote, and especially all the people that turned up and made it an awesome evening. I've still got a headache.
And thanks to Buffy for being a spunk and having a great radio show that makes me proud of being part of our little music community. I think we raised somewhere around $1,450 which is way beyond our fundraising target. So thanks everyone!
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention how much I enjoyed Maria's pop-smash-hit after pop-smash-hit djing. And that was after hearing the whole first lp of the Sunnyboys in the front bar - pretty fine.
PS Beyond the target? Do we get our money back?
Ha ha ha.. Sadly no, I'll be passing on the extra money to other radio shows like Maria's Mixed Tape show and Lotti and Michael's shows to help them reach their targets.
