Had the best fish and chips ever last night. the potato cakes are amazing. Had 2 but could have had 10. Soooo good. The fish was fresh too. I have been looking for good fish and chips since I left NZ. Stumbled across this joint when visiting a friend. It's at the Tribeca apartments. Apparently an old brewery in East Melbourne. Kiwi Fish and Chips. The best. any one tried it or no of any other good or bad fish and chips?

i would reccommend the place I went to last night. It was as good as home in NZ.
I would recommend Danny's, or that place in South Melbourne, or the place on Hoddle St.

Great (REALLY GREAT) potato cakes can be found at Richmond Oysters on Church St Richmond. The chips aren't all that though. Thin style = no good.
