Where's Jerome Launch

Jeremy  said about 4 years ago  or at  11:42PM on Thursday, April 10 2008 in events

WHERE'S JEROME are launching their Dreamboat EP at Spectrum, Sat April 19th.
Also playing are...

TOKYO BLONDE who are rad and fun.

GREAT APES who are rad, fun and quite hysterical.

and the first live performance of...

GO/NO GO a supergroup of former olympic city size proportions featuring members of olympic size guitar bands such as 78 Saab, The Accidents, Phonograph and many many more.

A night not to be missed, unless of course you have to attend something that you could have easily gotten out of and will almost definitely look back on in the not to distant future with a tinge of regret knowing that that's a few hours that you will not get back that could have been better spent had your taste in music, friends and social activities been not so misguided and malnourished...oh well, love to see you there.

littlearch  said about 4 years ago:

shame on youse

Ohyeah  said about 4 years ago:

babysteps you available?

GnomeChomsky  said about 4 years ago:

babysteps isn't in today. I know because I'm sitting at her desk, typing on her computer & generally trying to be as cool & efficient as she is.

I might get in trouble for that. Technically she is my boss' boss.

But anyway, I spoke with her yesterday & she said she was coming, or very likely coming. One of the two. I wouldn't want to commit her to something just because I am wearing her hat today.

Ohyeah  said about 4 years ago:

of course, so quickly i forget. i'll line her up tonight after she has had a few drinks and giggles

anonymous  said about 4 years ago:

i was saving my bumping for next week, theres a fair bit to get through this weekend first!

Ohyeah  said about 4 years ago:

have you been given a bumping quota Anon? are you bumping willynilly and require reigning in due to an addiction?

CrackerFactory  said about 4 years ago:

I'll start a little bumping now!

Now I wonder ...Gnome did you find that little black skirt you were looking for?

I have a wonderful idea too, I'll tell you later though.

GnomeChomsky  said about 4 years ago:

Where's Jerome

Great Ape

The rest of the photos

dub3000  said about 4 years ago:

yes, that is a kebab in that great apes photo.

GnomeChomsky  said about 4 years ago:

Yay congrats to all bands! Go/No Go were extremely tight, especially since it was their 1st ever gig. Great Apes were super awesome & the audience was cheering loudly even though they were a little hesitant to go near the singer with no pants on & eating a kebab. Tokyo Blonde were great fun. I had a blast & got totes drunk afterwards. I am still paying for it. Huzzah!

Modi  said about 4 years ago:

Unfortunately, you can't see the keyboardist's shoes in that photo, though.

GnomeChomsky  said about 4 years ago:

Oh missing out! White knee-high boots over black opaques. From the knee down was my best side too.

Every time I see this thread title I wonder where Jerome's lunch is...

Ohyeah  said about 4 years ago:

hmmmmmmmm sickness made me not go

Modi  said about 4 years ago:

They sound like very nice shoes.

anonymous  said about 4 years ago:

GnomeChomsky  said about 4 years ago:
