Agreed, Loadie.
No 'the'
and yes, an awesome record was made by them. awesome.
yes they were. There DVD is one of the best documents about what it's like when a band disintegrates.
ohh..refused...sorry..
your wack slayer.
haha
anyway it was good.
good voice too..not just the music..what happened to all of the members..did they move on to new bands?
Dennis went on to the international noise conspiracy and the lost patrol band
he seems to be the only one to stay in the 'spotlight'
one awesome record and a kinda shit one
Dennis, is he the singer?
hmmm..'spotlight' theres a concept..
the others put out a record as "Text" is that right? Its ok, pretty crazy. First track is great though, an acapella hardcore song! funny.

I'll take it.
Can't pm from phone though.
Will PM in a minute.
There's quite a few on Gumtree and Ebay ranging from $25 to $50. And also someone selling some for $1,000 apiece. Hopeful!
There were a few people trying to offload tickets under cost price out front of the Palace last night as well.
I should be in Melbourne this weekend. Freakin' Refused and Radiohead. But I got my Harvest thang going on so that's good too
If anyone wants to sell a ticket for $50. PM me.
Radiohead and Refused in one weekend. Gonna party like its 1999.
They broke up in 1998
The song doesn't go lets party like its 1998 does it
no, just rewoke the spirit of 1968.
I missed this last night. Easily in my top five ever as well. Probably at number one. That could just be the exhilaration of last night still talking.
Dennis' dancing was fucking awesome. Dude is just about the most charismatic frontman I've ever seen.
I was holding out buying a ticket for this hoping to get a Radiohead ticket. But on the back of hearing glowing reviews like this glad I'm seeing Refused now.
I want a ticket for tonight, but I'm all sore and bruised on my hips and under my ribs. And have had even less sleep than yesterday. But Refused.
There were people selling tickets outside the venue around 8ish last night, might be worth a shot.
The thing about last night's show...I haven't been that EXCITED at a gig in forever. I frequently enjoy live music, but this was something else altogether, that has maybe happened a handful of time in my gig attending career.
Like the tantric sex of live music or something.
I think I know how you feel hc. I was so energised last night. When those first notes were played, and REFUSED lit up on that curtain...fuuuck. I had tingles down my spine the entire show. It was fucking electric.
I have a really shitty attention span and even at the best of gigs, my mind wonders or I become distracted (particularly in a mosh pit) but for once this was the only thing happening in the world.
This one has stayed with me. I like live music, but this was something entirely different.

Best hives cover band I've seen in ages.
Don't you mean ABBA? Sweden right? Hilarious
''Refused are fucking dead'' an absolute standout on the night. Nice to see a reformation band not just going through the motions. Haven't been to a gig seeing a band with that much energy in a long time. Lotta dude in that room last night.
I liked them throwing in tv eye too.
