does he ripoff rivers cuomo's melodies again?
i heard the single the other morning. artists who right songs like they are 12 adn are all "kooky funny" but aren't funny shit me.
oooh mo! I wanna guess, give me a hint though.. is the ripoff on the first or second album?
I like the new album.
sorry write songs.
I really like Kweller and the new album's pretty ace if'n you ask me (which no one is really).
I am newguy !
I baught his last albumn because I didn't mind one of his songs on the radio. It's the most cheated I've ever felt buying an albumn. I took it out of the CD played and left it next to it(which was outside). A few days later my CD player speaker was toast. Ben Kweller burnt my speaker by reflecting the sun on to it. BASTARD!!
He's Americas Ben Lee, yeah?
hohohohoho
good story
yeah that album didn't do much for me
the new records good. recorded everything himself.

eh? As much as steve allen was america's steve irwin
did anyone like Radish? useless trivia: bk is a buddy of mine from when I was in nyc....
i never heard any radish stuff...
i quite like the new album - its kinda on par with On My Way, there haven't been that many stand out tracks though. Nothing quite compares to Sha Sha...
I like take me away
true, sha sha clearly the score to beat
yeah anyone gopt teh 'sundress' ep? i saw Radish play in the UK in 97...
found the ep on oink, so have a copy that way.
wow, how old would he have been? like 15??
like Ben Lee's age on his debut..I'm only guessing.

aawww not me :( say hi to benny for me. tell him to play ''on my way'' and dedicate it to me. oh and ''falling'' and damn now i wish i could go :(
i'm going. yay!
is it sold out?
i want to......
anyone know set times?
doesn't say sold out on the website.
apparently supported by wons phreely, and doors are at 7:30?
good set. he played well, and the throngs of girls loved him. but i definately preferred his set at the point nepean fest last year.
i thought this set/show was better than the corner earlier in the year...
i'm such a sook, the love songs got me all teary.
bit doors opening at 7:30 and the first band starting at 9:30 blew goats.
bit=but
aaw don't say it was better! his set at the corner was brilliant. still the best gig i went to all year.
it may just have been that i could see better, and i know the new album better now than i did then.
i'm never terribly objective with these decisions
i wasn't a fan of the crowding. for something like that i'd prefer to have room to dance, rather than having forty-something women screeching at 12 second intervals.
oh yeah, and no 'wasted and ready'! what's with that?
i love bk so much, how sweet does ''hurtin' you'' sound? perfect sunday afternoon music.
i just got kanye's newie, so i'm spinning it first. bk is next.
superkeen marketing plan?
it's very alt-country. lots of slide guitar and i think i can hear him chewing straw.
i don't think kweller will change his style now, sha sha is still my favourite. it's the most of his albums and has the best songs. i like this album a lot, but i think i know exactly what every ben kweller album is going to be like.
yup. i was hoping for a return to electric guitars and explosive drumming.
oh well.
there's some good youtube footage of him covering ghostbusters and kodachrome with conor oberst.
