in melb?
I know Mr Teague is a player.
my brother plays.
personally, i think its the hardest thing i have ever attempted.
Knomadix get in contact with me when you're back in Perth. I'll give you a game.
Warning though, i'm shit but I have a DELIGHTFUL drop shot.
i used to play in the youth competition in newcastle for years, then i discovered bongs
I like squash because I used to play Tennis and had absolutely no control over where I hit the ball. Luckily, that generally isn't a problem with squash.
i wanna start playing. i currently rock the b-ball, but its lame and i suck.
bashing the fuck out of a squash ball is great for rage
I still have a raquet and balls somewhere.
it's a great workout!
We try to get a couple of courts on Sat arvo's at hunts in Fitzroy if anyones interested..
Will do duce.. I can imagine you being a menace on the court.
hey knomy - that's my gym. If I see you, I'll hock a loogie over the balcony, okay?
Knomy, i'm only a menace to myself when i'm running for a drop shot, I can see the wall coming and I know that I won't be able to pull up in time...ouch
My friend used to play it in a couples team kind of thang. Then all the husbands and wives started to sleep with the other husbands and wives and it ended up in anarchy.
hey i always wondered is that gym owned by geoff hunt? he was my childhood sporting hero
I look forward to it Kuro.. You'll know where to find us by the very loud 'FUUUUUCK!!' and 'RUUUUN YOU SLOW CUNT!!'
'husbands and wives started to sleep with the other husbands and wives and it ended up in anarchy.'
yeahp..yeahp.. that's why I started this thread.
I love squash, rarely get a chance to play though.
I don't play squash - but I like to wear little shorts and those squash goggles.
mooooo!
bring it on pete!

15 an hour is getting better, that's closeish to me. Still have to find out the rate at the RSL up the road first.
I'm very easily distracted, hence glass and me didn't quite have a great opinion of each other.
I was hoping this would be about the vegetable.
But now that I'm here, I played squash a bit in (junior) high school. I had a lot of fun making holes in the knees of my tracksuit pants.
hah. if your knees were touching the ground you were doing it wrong.
Unless you're playing mixed doubles.
haha even then. unless you are one of those dickheads who doesn't call lets
That would be me :] I like to aim right at the centre of the back.
you bastards shouldnt be allowed near the courts!
worst bit is if you get hit and it was on its way to the front wall, you lose the point
Exactly!
oh the pain.
Excellent sport this one. Just picked it up a few weeks ago and finally am getting the hang of it.
appreciates
i think i'm finally over my glandular fever and been playing once a week again. i feel awesome afterwards, soon followed by pain and extreme tiredness! i wish it helped you get fit.
I bought a racquet prior to xmas, yet to christen it yet. Partly my fault though.
Paging Knomadix.....
I know..I know.. I am strapped for time at the moment
played a good game today. think i can push it harder next week.....
Anybody played comp in the inner north of Melbourne - any recommendations on a good venue?
haven't played for months and months
Great game. I play once a week.
I'm pretty awesome.
in the past 2 months i've learnt more about squash than i did in 4 years, but i still don't know anything about lets or strokes
I like squash, I played pretty regularly over the few months I was overseas in '08...never really found anyone to play with in Sydney though. I miss the sound. Pow, pa-pow, pow, pow, pa-pa-pow
