I just read about them on pitchfork http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/page/news/Mclusky_Dudes_Return_as_Future_of_the_Left#38326 and they have their myspace site http://www.myspace.com/futureoftheleft with songs, but I am currently having issues with sound on my computer, so i have no idea what it's like.

Formed verily from the implosion of Cardiff favourites mclusky and Jarcrew, the Andy Falkous fronted Future Of The Left, ably backed by Jack Egglestone on drums and Kelson on bass, have announced details of their debut release for too pure.
The double A 7" single, 'Fingers Become Thumbs/The Lord Hates A Coward', due for release late January will also be graced with an early FOTL song 'The Fibre Provider' (as heard on accommpanying youtube video). The band have been gigging here and there since July and are just now planning a full tour for Feb. In the meantime.. catch them in London at The Luminaire Dec 1 and Oxford Wheatsheaf Dec 2.

A sense of deeper lust?
Err, love?
What is that new song that starts with the lyrics ''three / men / walk / in / to / a / cafe'' and sounds a bit like Army of Me by Bjork? That song is fucking excellent.
is it on the EP?
Nope, it's on the annandale show YouTube linked above though (split in too halves over the end of part 1 / start of part 2).
Goes without saying great show etc. Was talking to Jack and it's their favorite place to play in the world apparently, along with Germany.
Falco was wearing an Old Bar t-shirt.
rad show last night, rad dudes. played soccer with them on Thursday and still hurt all over...angry Welshmen.
Actually, the song I am thinking of is called ''Beneath the Waves an Ocean'', track 6 on this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hGNxfOu6kc&feature=related
Fucking impressive show last night, so glad I went.
I am liking the new songs. Looking forward to the new album next year.
Good gig, I kinda thought (and my friend mentioned) they might of lost a little something being 4 piece though, I don't know.
preposterous!
the 3 track single/ep is awesome.
My RAD photographs of the aural carnage at my usual places on Facebook and Twitter, including subliminal advertising for THE OLD BAR from Andy ''Falco'' Falkous and the hot new summer sensation....UNICORNING A BEER! ㋡
