when trying to upload the new Baseball album cover on myspace.. It was promptly deleted with the following message sent to us...

funly enough... they are still.. at the moment allowing the image to appear on the song media player as the cover for the album....but they didn't allow us to upload the image into our photos to be able to use as a profile photo.

It may have just been that the file on your main page is not hosted on their server it is just displayed and is in context as an album cover. In your pictures section it is just an image of tits, hence deletion.
It still appears as album art when you listen to the track though. Not that I was listening, just looking at tits.
