I just fell down the stairs.
My arms are cut and bruised, one of my ankles feels swollen and tender (must have twisted it) and I think it's bleeding but I can't be bothered taking my tights off to check (surprisingly, they didn't rip).
I hit my tail bone and it is KILLING me. No matter how I move, sit, stand or lay down, it hurts. It's like my arse cheeks separated upon impacting the stairs to allow optimal tail bone - stair impact.

god i wish i was drunk, it would have hurt less. i just banged my knee cap against a pointy corner of wood and fuck it hurt like buggery, i almost fainted. had to go have a wee lie down.
knee cap injury is the worst kind.
i've got really bony knees and elbows. there is no fat to cover those areas, and the nerves and tender parts are all really close to the surface.

ha, i've got a knee one under my desk. i hit it so many times over the past few months and nearly threw up from the pain every time.
there are some hardcore nerves in those knees.
Woke up this morning with terrible lower back pain. I can't really bend over.
(Sadly pain not a result of sexytimes.)
