Apart from the whole downloading argument, i think the blog is quite interesting, you have very eclectic taste. I would just like to read more input from yourselves, I don't really care what the press release said for the album, i find with any music blog, the writers own experience and interaction with the album a lot more interesting.

I just want to say this blog fucking rules. Thanks Aaron.

I'm a blues fan myself (so the Lomax, Skip James & Charlie Patton stuff I already owned) but you've got a fantastic selection of eclectic albums on there.

I've been listening to 'Tired Sounds Of Stars Of The Lid' with good headphones every night for a while now and it blows my mind. I'd never even heard of it before. It's moving stuff.

And the 'African Mbira: Music of the Shona People' is just beautiful. Another great ''headphones album'' and again something I hadn't ever heard before. Now I'm curious to learn more about Shona music from Zimbabwe.

People who have a moral objective to sharing music don't have a clue. Discovering music on the internet encourages me but more music. It always has.

In fact after downloading the Shona music from aaron's blog I bought a book and a CD on Shona music and Mbira players

I'll probably end up buying the 'Tired Sounds Of Stars Of The Lid' on vinyl too as I collect records.
