List your bands that pull it of for you in this field of expertise. I’m on the hunt for more ear-candy. Tardo listens to….

Goal attack  said about 1 year ago:

Last night on RRR the Ghost played some Swedish (I think) psych rock stuff that was pretty mindblowing. Didn't hear the back announcement though, sorry. He should put his playlist up next week though: http://www.skullcave.org/playlist.htm

*Tardo-El-Eggo*  said about 1 year ago:

I can't see his set list too well.... Acid King have a great sound, female vocals always has a place in Stoner Rock. Where are Black Boned Angels from, Im listening to some on myspace, sounds fricking awesome so far.

*Tardo-El-Eggo*  said about 1 year ago:

Im slowing geting thought the list HWCT listed up, Mono are a bit of prog-rock thing, Colour Haze have a real hippy thing going on, nice stuff, all good, but St Vitus, they have that Im a nice guy wearing a leather jacket kinda feel, abit cocky.... all good so far

hwct  said about 1 year ago:

glad to share the goodness.....

flobs  said about 1 year ago:

I was gonna suggest Neurosis too; more on the prog/doom-metal side of things... glorious stuff!

*Tardo-El-Eggo*  said about 1 year ago:

Not a big fan on Neurosis, they kinda remind me of ISIS.

Big Bad Bo  said about 1 year ago:

hahahahaha!!!! ISis wish they were Neurosis. Some Neurosis is better than others. Try Times Of Grace, Enemy Of The Sun and Through Silver In Blood. earthless are one of my current favs. not doomy but great stoner/psych instrumental jammin'

hwct  said about 1 year ago:

the neurosis & jarboe record is amazing. very different.

*Tardo-El-Eggo*  said about 1 year ago:

the main issue I have with Neurosis is the clinical analness of the sound, but I will give that a shot HWCT..

Oh and Grail is awesomely nice... SmokeGod Bless you HWCT!

From here: http://www.atpfestival.com/atp/Events/TheFansStrikeBack/News/View/0810310923.php

Legendary stoner rock band Sleep split up in 1998 after releasing two hugely influential albums. Members went on to form underground heroes High On Fire and Om. They reform for two performances at ATP as a world exclusive that will never be repeated.
