looking forward to hearing it.

the latest song they've started playing on the radio is their weakest so far though

ladyinred  said about 1 year ago:

Great! Thanks for the heads up! Looking forward to an album!

Hazard_Man  said about 1 year ago:

Tis a VERY solid album!

Should do as well as the Presets debut album I reckon.

Road To Recovery is the album highlight definitely!

MichaelDudikoff  said about 1 year ago:

What's Finn Keane credited as ?

From everything I've heard it's pretty damn awesome.

Hazard_Man  said about 1 year ago:

If you havent doen already, listen to Road To Recovery on a really good system . . . only then do you appreciate how well produced that track is.

. . . and I'm not really a Juggers fan!

ladyinred  said about 1 year ago:

It was a fair while though until Beams became rather popular amongst the general public. shrugs i just remember getting this album and thinking it was damn fine. A year laver this person was telling me about this bands 'new' album called beams.. .

O_o

andyr  said about 1 year ago:

Hooray!

Hazard_Man  said about 1 year ago:

Hmmm, yeah . . . I guess the Juggers are a bit further along in the trend stakes at this stage compared to Presets after 2 EPs.

blake3030  said about 1 year ago:

I remember buy beams for $6.95 the week it came out. Oh how I loved Hi-Fi Supermarket and it's dumbarse staff.

The song I mentioned earlier as being weak is called Into the Galaxy.

Road to recovery is great.

What I wanna know about these guys is if they completely scrapped some of the awesome songs they were playing live about 2 years ago? I know quite a bit made it onot those EPs but me and my friends remember some great daft punk-ish type songs that we haven't heard the recorded versions of as yet. Haven't seen them live in about that long so I dunno if they're still playing them.

ladyinred  said about 1 year ago:

Like it just the same though.

but Yay! Debut album!

moo-core  said about 1 year ago:

blake3030  said about 1 year ago:

ladyinred  said about 1 year ago:

Hahaha dude...

They are touring soon yes? Or have i missed it again because i haven't gotten glasses which i need.

MountainMan  said about 1 year ago:

i was just wondering if they were signed to anyone yet...

Hazard_Man  said about 1 year ago:

Yeah, they're putting out through their own Siberia label, with distro through Inertia.

the power of 666  said about 1 year ago:

Roundhouse @ Uni of NSW tonight, for so-inclined Sydney-type folks.

Story on M&N today states...

''Did any Australian act make a bigger leap in 2007 than Melbourne’s Midnight Juggernauts did? They even grew from a duo to trio in the middle of the year.''

They added a drummer in mid 2005.

That review's so far up its own arse I can't make the words for the colon.

I especially like this line:

... the awful ''Tombstone'' is a completely shameless Ratatat rip ...

Rofl.

Drinks  said about 11 months ago:

wheres a link to the m+n review?

pipik  said about 11 months ago:

FUCK PITCHFORK.

They only like self-important 'indie' shit like Les Savy Fav and Death Cab for Cutie.

whatwhat  said about 11 months ago:

nope, they hate death cab.

andyr  said about 11 months ago:

And Les Savy Fav are awesome and not self-important at all. :/

But I get and concur with the gist. :D
